Deliveries

 

Delivery rates are calculated automatically during your order and according to the delivery method chosen. Depending on your country or city, you will have one or more choices of carriers.

Below are our different shipping methods:

 

Metropolitan France and Corsica

• COLISSIMO: Delivery times are between 3 and 5 working days. Delivery is made at home from Monday to Saturday (except Sundays and public holidays). Monitoring is available on the website www.colissimo.fr

• MONDIAL RELAY: Delivery times are between 3 and 7 working days. The arrival Point Relais® can be chosen by the recipient. The recipient is informed of the availability of the shipment by email, online tracking possible

• CHRONO18: Delivery times are between 1 and 2 working days. Your package is delivered the next day before 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. For some coastal islands and Corsica, the time may be extended by one day. The day after public holidays, delivery can take place during the day without commitment of time. Online tracking possible

• COLISSIMO OVERSEAS: Delivery times are between 10 and 25 working days. Delivery is made at home from Monday to Saturday (except Sundays and public holidays). Monitoring is available on the website www.colissimo.fr

Europe * (see countries concerned below)   :

• Mondial Relay Domicile Europe: Delivery times are between 10 and 15 working days. Delivery is made to the recipient's address, online tracking available.

• Chrono Relay Europe: Delivery times are between 5 and 10 working days. The addressee must collect the item from a pre-selected post office. Online tracking available.

Returns and exchange conditions

 

In accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Sale, you have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to make a return. All Cynthia Norendi bags are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of order.

 

In the context of a refund, it will not be able to intervene if the article concerned has suffered a depreciation resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish its nature, its characteristics and or its conformity.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the purchased goods to CYNTHIA NORENDI at their own expense, by shipping it within 14 days from the date of exercise of the right of withdrawal to the following address :

In the event that this return is due to an error on our part, the return shipping costs will obviously be fully refunded after making a return request to the following address: contact@cynthianorendi.fr

We recommend that you keep your proof of posting. Also, any deterioration that has occurred during transport is under your responsibility, to avoid any disputes, we advise you to take out insurance. 

The refund will be made to the bank account with which you paid for your order within 15 days of receipt at our office.
